2026 minimum wage
- Monthly: 4806 PLN gross (employment contract) from 1 January 2026.
- Hourly: 31.40 PLN gross (for specified civil-law/service contracts).

Brutto vs netto
- Brutto (gross) — the headline number in job ads.
- Netto (net) — what reaches your account after deductions.
- On an umowa o pracę at minimum wage, net depends on PIT-2, tax reliefs, age, PPK participation, and contract details; a typical figure is in the region of 3700–3800 PLN, but treat any single net number as an example calculated under specific assumptions, not a universal value.
